Alexander Duong

Alexander Duong has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Founder & CEO of Fair & Square since January 2018. Alexander is also serving as an Advisor - Chief Merchant at The Goods Mart since January 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Procurement at Thrive Market from November 2014 to June 2017. Alexander was the Upcycling Founding Innovator at Artful Planters from April 2012 to November 2014 and later became the Co-Founder of the company. Alexander also has experience as a Regional Buyers Assistant - Southwest at Whole Foods Market from June 2013 to October 2014. Before that, Alexander worked as a Territory Sales Representative at Grainger from December 2012 to May 2013. Alexander started their career as a Garden Intern at Garden School Foundation from October 2011 to May 2013. Additionally, they have served as a Business Consultant at Lucky Pacific Oil Corporation from March 2006 to May 2013. Alexander also has experience as an Organic Farming Intern at WWOOF in June-August 2011. Finally, they worked as a Wealth Management Intern at Merrill Lynch in October-December 2010.

Alexander Duong attended the USC Marshall School of Business from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship & International Relations. Additionally, in 2011, they studied at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University for a brief period, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management.
