Sanne Beukers

Sanne Beukers is an experienced professional in international development with a focus on human rights and gender-responsive initiatives. Currently serving as an HRDD project officer and HRDD system project manager at Fair Wear Foundation since January 2022, Sanne has previously held roles such as intern consultant for Fair & Sustainable Consulting, where contributions were made to a FAO assignment on gender-responsive service delivery. A tenure as a researcher for Wageningen Economic Research involved analyzing the impact of financial services on child labor in Malawi, commissioned by the ILO. Additional experience includes serving as marketing manager for AIESEC in the Netherlands and working as a student academic consultant for Pocket Stories. Sanne holds an Advanced Master in International Development from Radboud University and a Master’s as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Development Studies from Wageningen University & Research, complemented by a minor in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance from Università degli Studi di Padova.
