Michael Marmon-Halm

Michael Marmon-Halm currently serves as the Managing Director at fairafric since December 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Niche Cocoa Industry Ltd, including Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager-Press from January 2018 to January 2020, and Customer Relation and Traffic Manager from December 2012 to April 2014. Michael's career began at Ghana Standards Authority as a Service Person from July 2009 to September 2010. In terms of education, Michael completed a PMP Project Management course at Cambridge Centre of Excellence in 2020, obtained a certificate in Food Quality Management from Wageningen University & Research in 2017, and earned a Diploma in Food Safety and Traceability at Bygholm Agricultural College in Denmark from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Michael holds a Master of Science in Food Quality Management Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where studies took place from 2005 to 2015.
