Donna Castello, PMP, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading operational and strategic initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Fairfax Software since March 2021, Castello previously held multiple leadership roles at Fairfax Imaging from February 2008 to March 2021, including Vice President of Solution Delivery and Director of Professional Services, where a significant focus was on developing implementation strategies to enhance revenue. Earlier career highlights include directing application development at Sarasota Family YMCA, where the transition from an AS400/i-series platform to SQL-based systems was successfully executed, and managing business analysis at FCCI Insurance Group. Donna Castello holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BA in Liberal Arts from Western Illinois University.
