Hiba Ismeail

Hiba Ismeail, M.Ed., CPTD, serves as the Director of Curriculum Development and Instructional Design at Fairfax University of America, overseeing various roles in curriculum development since June 2020. Prior experience includes positions such as Instructional Systems Designer at RTI International, where blended learning solutions were developed for international clients, and Instructional Design Manager at ICF, where online training was delivered for nonprofit victim service providers. Hiba held roles at SAIC as a Senior Instructional Systems Designer, developing eLearning courses for compliance, and worked at Booz Allen Hamilton in multiple instructional design capacities, managing extensive curricula for intelligence training programs. Hiba holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Instructional Design and Technology, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, specializing in Web Development and Multimedia from George Mason University.
