Caitlyn Sierra

Caitlyn Sierra is an experienced educator with a focus on early childhood education, currently serving as a Teacher at Fairfield Public Schools since August 2019, following a role as a Substitute Teacher at the same institution. Prior experience includes a position as a Kindergarten Teacher at Farmington Public Schools and multiple Substitute Teacher roles across various districts, including Region 16 School District and Rick Marcotte Central School. Caitlyn holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from the University of Hartford and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Elementary Education and American History from Saint Michael's College, complemented by international educational experiences at the Lorenzo de Medici International Institute.
