Kenneth Adolwine

Kenneth Adolwine, FMP, currently serves as a Community Manager at Fairfield Residential since June 2022, where responsibilities include providing leadership and guidance to staff, managing the operating budget, and overseeing online accounting procedures. Previously, Kenneth held the position of Assistant Community Manager, focusing on property accounting and financial reporting. Kenneth’s earlier experience includes a managerial role in Real Estate Asset & Portfolio at Consolidated Bank Ghana, managing over 100 leased properties, and previous positions as Estate Officer at uniBank Ghana Ltd and Property Manager at Goldkey Ghana. Kenneth holds a Master's in Facilities Management and an MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, as well as a Diploma in Financial Management from The Institute of Commercial Management, UK.
