Melissa Farrar

Melissa Farrar is the current Director at Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District. Melissa has held various positions in the education field over the past 20 years. These positions include Education Program Manager, Vice Principal, Counselor, and High School Teacher. Melissa has dedicated their career to helping students succeed both academically and personally. Melissa is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and is committed to providing them with the tools they need to reach their full potential.

Melissa Farrar has a Doctor of Education from the University of La Verne in Organizational Leadership, an Administrative Credential from the University of San Diego in Educational Leadership, a Masters and PPS Credential from the University of La Verne in Counseling, and a Teaching Credential from California State University-Sacramento in Single Subject - English. Melissa also has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis in Women's Studies and English.

Melissa Farrar reports to Kris Corey, Superintendent. They work with Laneia Grindle - Assistant Superintendent, Paul Speed - Executive Director, and Linda Mitchell - Executive Assistant.
