Yael Rimon

Yael Rimon has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Yael is currently working at FairFly as the VP of HR, where they utilize advanced AI technology to optimize travel spend for corporate clients. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Human Resources at Jolt.io, where they were responsible for HR strategy, operations, and managing a team of HR professionals. Yael was also involved in projects company-wide and played a role in global expansion. Before Jolt.io, Yael worked as the Head of Human Resources at StuccoMedia, where they were responsible for recruitment processes and leading organizational processes. Yael also gained experience in the political field as a Digital Project Manager for the "Yesh Atid" political party and worked at various organizations in roles such as Vocational Consultant, Productions Assistant, and Research Assistant. Yael started their career in the Israel Defense Forces as an officer and instructor. Overall, Yael has extensive experience in HR, operations, project management, and talent acquisition.
