Aidan Tonner

Aidan Tonner is a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer at Fairhurst since September 2023, previously serving as a Site Geoenvironmental Engineer at Dunelm Geotechnical & Environmental Ltd from November 2022 to September 2023. During this role, Aidan supervised fieldwork operations, including cable percussion and rotary drilling to identify mine workings. Aidan's earlier experience includes a position as a Graduate Design Engineer for Temporary Works at Sir Robert McAlpine, where responsibilities involved supporting construction projects with temporary works design and inspections. Aidan also completed a Student Internship in Geotechnical Engineering at Atkins, focusing on pile bearing capacity calculations and soil testing schedules.
