Luise Becher

Luise Becher has held various roles throughout their work experience. Luise most recently worked at Fairment starting in 2021, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and later as the Chief of Staff. Prior to that, they worked at DB in 2020, where they were involved in personal strategic programs. In 2019, they worked at GDW Global Digital Women GmbH as part of the project management and business development team. Luise also worked at ACI Diversity Consulting in the same year in a consulting role. In 2018, they worked at dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG, focusing on marketing and procurement. In 2017, they worked at KptnCook, contributing to business development and marketing efforts. Their work experience also includes a sales role at ENGELHORN KGAA in 2015 and a brief stint in assurance and audit services at EY in the same year.

Luise Becher pursued their education in a diverse range of institutions and fields. Luise completed their Master of Science degree in Business, Language and Culture: Diversity and Change Management from Copenhagen Business School from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Culture and Economy - Business Administration and German Studies from the University of Mannheim between 2014 and 2018. In 2017, they briefly attended the University of Haifa's International School. Earlier in their educational journey, from 2008 to 2013, they attended Arndt-Gymnasium Dahlem where they obtained their Abitur degree. Finally, in 2010, they had the opportunity to study at Flour Bluff High School in the USA for a year.
