Alison Kirsten

Alison Kirsten has extensive work experience in spa and leisure management. Alison is currently working as the Director of Spa Operations at Fairmont Century Plaza since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Spa and Leisure at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa from April 2021 to November 2022. Alison also worked as the Director of Spa at The Peninsula Beverly Hills from March 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they served as the Assistant Director of Spa and Fitness Operations at Ritz-Carlton Bacara from March 2018 to March 2019. Alison also has experience as the Director of Corporate Development at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, where they were responsible for managing clinic operations and overseeing the opening of a new location in Las Vegas. Alison achieved a significant sales growth of 27% for the medical spa during their tenure. Prior to that, they worked at Millennium Partners Sports Club Management, where they were accountable for the operational and financial performance of a sports club. Alison has also worked as the Director of Spa at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, overseeing all aspects of spa operations and business development. Alison has a strong background in marketing and public relations, having served as the Director of Corporate Spa Operations at The Sports Club Company and as a Spa Director at The Sports Club/LA. Alison has demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale facilities, training and scheduling staff, and analyzing financial reports.

Alison Kirsten attended Arizona State University from 1989 to 1993, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. During their time at ASU, they did not specialize in any particular subject. In 1992, they spent a brief period studying French Language and Literature at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
