Tim Stanton is a seasoned culinary professional and small business owner with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Since December 2019, Tim has operated Cafe Aliment, while also serving as a Senior Chef de Partie at Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains - MGallery Collection since May 2016. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Mon Komo Hotel from April 2018 to December 2019, Head Chef at The Fort from March 2017 to December 2019, and Senior Chef de Partie at Plaza Ballroom from June 2015 to April 2016, where Tim managed the hotel's signature restaurant, Eucalypt. Tim's career also includes a position as Chef de Partie at The Hydro Majestic Hotel from November 2014 to April 2015.
