Tj Von Oehsen

TJ von Oehsen has a diverse background in coalition management and reentry services, currently serving as the Coalition & Convening Manager at Fairmount Park Conservancy since June 2023. Previously, TJ coordinated the Philadelphia Reentry Coalition for the City of Philadelphia from July 2019 to June 2023, acting as the central communication point among city agencies, service providers, and community members, and co-facilitating the COVID Reentry Payment Program. In the Office of Reentry Partnerships, TJ enhanced collaboration among 110 organizations in the Coalition and analyzed data to evaluate the Home for Good initiative aimed at reducing recidivism. Prior experience includes a role as a School Funding Research and Policy Fellow at the Education Law Center-PA, where TJ co-authored significant reports on educational equity. TJ graduated from Haverford College in 2018.
