Roy Delizia brings to Fairmount more than twenty years of merger and acquisition experience. A large part of his M&A background is built upon his extensive work for two publicly held companies and his work as a private consultant. Previously, he was a senior vice president with Investec Inc. and its predecessor, PMG Capital Corp.
