Mona Dillon is a seasoned human resources and talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at The Human Resource, LLC since September 2024, Mona previously held the position of VP of People Operations at Welcome Tech from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, Mona was VP of HR and TA at Zest AI from 2019 to 2021 and Director of People Operations at ZestFinance from 2015 to 2019.
