Michael Shannon

Michael Shannon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and training within the financial services sector. Since April 2017, Michael has held the position of Senior Manager, Operations at Fairstone, having previously served as Branch Operations Specialist and Business Trainer III. Prior to joining Fairstone, Michael contributed to Citi from September 2011 to April 2017 as a Business Trainer, and spent over a decade at CitiFinancial in various roles, including Manager of Compliance Trainers and Senior Compliance Trainer. Michael's career began at The Associates, where responsibilities included Director of Credit.
