Sébastien Hugues

Sébastien Hugues is a highly experienced software engineer with extensive expertise in mobile and backend development. Currently serving as a Mobile Developer at FAIRTIQ since December 2022, Sébastien has also held significant positions at GEOSATIS since December 2017, including Senior Software Architect and Head of Software Engineering. Previous roles include Scala Developer at Cisco and Scala Backend Engineer at BestMile. As the founder of Gokera, a platform designed to recommend events based on user preferences, Sébastien has demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit. Sébastien's career began in 2001, with early roles in software engineering focusing on 3D robotic simulation and mobile platform development. Educational qualifications include a Postgrade in Computer Sciences from EPFL and a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Engineering from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
