Devorah Lamm

Devorah Lamm has extensive experience in the field of research and development. Devorah is currently working as an Associate Director in the R&D Search Practice at Fairway Consulting Group since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at the same company from January 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining Fairway Consulting Group, Devorah worked as a Research Assistant in the Business Development department at Matter Biosciences from September 2019 to December 2019. In this role, they conducted research on potential therapeutic indications and market opportunities, utilizing various sources and creating detailed competitive landscapes.

Devorah also gained experience as a Research Assistant in the Department of Business Development at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. from January 2019 to July 2019. During their time there, they assisted in licensing technology decisions and developed visually appealing slide decks for business development purposes.

Furthermore, Devorah worked as a Research Assistant at Bar-Ilan University from June 2018 to August 2018. In this role, they assisted in researching SIRT6, a protein related to the aging process, and utilized various techniques such as western blot and chromatin extraction.

Devorah began their career as a Research Assistant at Yeshiva University in January 2016. Their responsibilities included researching the effects of apple extract on oral cancer cells and conducting laboratory procedures such as cell counts, scratch assays, and western blot. Devorah also served as a Teaching Assistant in Microbiology, where they provided instruction and guidance to students in laboratory procedures, and as a Peer Tutor in Microbiology & Genetics, where they offered personalized lessons and study tips to students.

Devorah Lamm has pursued their education at Yeshiva University, where they obtained a degree in Biology. Additionally, they attended the Katz School of Science and Health, where they specialized in the field of Biotechnology Management and Entrepreneurship and completed their Master's degree in that subject area.
