Matt Sabelman

Matt Sabelman is an experienced emergency medical professional with a diverse background in both firefighting and paramedicine. As the Owner and Operator of Adventure Medics since April 2015, Matt leads a team of specialized medics who are skilled in outdoor activities such as rock climbing and scuba diving. In addition, Matt has served as a Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic with Fairweather LLC since January 2008, delivering advanced medical care in remote areas of Alaska. Previous experience includes roles as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the Kuparuk Fire Department from May 2013 to May 2017 and the Homer Fire Department from September 2004 to September 2010. Matt holds an Associate of Science in Emergency Medical Technology from the University of Alaska Anchorage and has completed studies in Structural Firefighting and Fire Behavior at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
