Heather Cabral

Heather Cabral is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in managing strategic media initiatives focused on human rights, civil rights, and educational advancement. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Communications at Faith in Action since November 2020, Heather previously held the position of Senior Director at West End Strategy Team, overseeing a diverse client portfolio from January 2014 to November 2020. Additional roles include DC Chapter Representative for the Diaspora African Women's Network, Public Affairs Consultant, Communications Specialist at The Brookings Institution, and Communications Coordinator at the National Geographic Society. Heather began their career at ABC News, holding various positions, including Production Assistant and Intern. Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Howard University.
