Josh Cole

Josh Cole has extensive experience in retail and sales within the agricultural sector, currently serving as a Retail Sales Specialist at Faithway Alliance, LLC since December 2018. Previously, Josh was the Showroom Manager at Franklin Farmers Cooperative, where involvement in a significant retail expansion took place. Prior roles include Territory Sales Manager for Bonide, where responsibilities encompassed sales representation for independent retailers, and various positions at Stockdale's, starting as an Assistant Manager. Josh also worked as Area Sales Manager for Bonnie Plant Farm, overseeing major 'Big Box' accounts, and completed the Tennessee Farmer's Cooperative Managers Training Program. Josh holds a BS in Plant and Soil Science from Middle Tennessee State University and an associate degree from Motlow State Community College.
