Mona Alahmadi

Mona Alahmadi is a skilled IT professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Effat University. Currently serving as a Web Developer and IT Specialist at Fakeeh Care Group since January 2018, Mona Alahmadi provides second-level support for the Oracle EBS system in HR, Attendance, and supply chain, utilizes SQL queries in TOAD Editor, and supports updates to the hospital website. Previously, as an IT HelpDesk officer, Mona Alahmadi developed a program for hospital PCs and provided end-user application support. Experience also includes participation in the Clouders Program at SDAIA from September 2022 to May 2023 and user support roles at Effat University, where hardware installation and troubleshooting were key responsibilities. Additionally, a summer internship at Saudi Aramco involved conducting health checks on implemented IT systems.
