Fahad Qureshi

Fahad Qureshi is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in customer success and service delivery, currently serving as Head of Operations at Falcon-i since June 2017. In this role, Fahad has successfully revamped control room KPIs, enhanced team performance, and implemented automated systems to improve operational efficiency. Previously, Fahad held various managerial positions within Falcon-i, including Senior Manager Customer Success & Service Delivery and Service Delivery Manager, and briefly worked as Manager Operations at SAS Group. Fahad began professional experience as a Supervisor at Pizza Hut DSC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Karachi University and an SSC in Computer Science from Dehli Government.
