Marc Ritzl

Marc Ritzl currently serves as the Group Head of Human Resources at Falcon Private Bank Ltd. since September 2018. Ritzl has extensive experience in human resources management across various prominent financial institutions, including roles as Head of Human Resources at BIL Suisse and Swiss Re, as well as Global Head HR General Counsel at Credit Suisse. Earlier positions include Head of Human Resources for ABN AMRO Switzerland and various leadership roles at Credit Suisse and Winterthur Group. Ritzl holds a degree in Economics from the University of Applied Sciences and a federal diploma in Business Information Technology.
