Anthony Juliano has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate investment and management industry. Anthony is currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer of Falcone Group since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder and Principal of The Perennial Companies, LLC from 2014 to 2020, where they managed over $250 million in assets and provided advisory services for joint venture investments and development projects in the US and Europe. Before that, they held the role of Managing Director at Silverpeak Real Estate Partners from 2011 to 2014, where they oversaw multi-strategy investments in real estate, energy, and credit sectors. Anthony has also served as the CEO and Managing Director of Dubai Investment Group from 2006 to 2011, where they managed a team of 50 employees and $4 billion in assets across various real estate asset classes and hospitality. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at GE Capital Real Estate, where they conducted risk analysis and structured investment programs from 1999 to 2006. Anthony started their career as a Senior Attorney at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP, specializing in real estate capital markets practice from 1993 to 1999.
Anthony Juliano received their JD degree in Real Estate from New York Law School in 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a BA degree in English from the University at Albany, SUNY in 1988. In addition to their formal education, Anthony holds a certification as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the New York State Department of State OFPC.
