Todd Brooks

Todd Brooks is the current CEO of FalconStor Software. Prior to their current position, Todd was an operating partner at Razorhorse Capital, where they lead "Rule of 50" based value creation efforts for SMB and Enterprise software companies across the globe. Before that, Todd was the Chairman of Management Board and CEO at update software AG (Aurea Platform Tuck-In Company). And before that, Todd was the Chief Operating Officer at Aurea Software (ESW Capital Platform Company). Todd has over 25 years of experience in CRM solutions and has a long-standing relationship with Aurea Software. Todd has also been with ESW Capital for more than 4,000 customers worldwide, including Disney, British Airways, Bank of America, United Healthcare and MetLife.

Todd Brooks' educational career began with a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech.
