John Mason Baer has a long history of work experience in the construction industry. John Mason began their career in 1992 as a Sales Consultant for Corporate Facilities. In 2007, they became President of Inter Arc Solutions, Inc., where they were responsible for transitioning the company's marketing and sales efforts to Mogens Smed's Falkbuilt digital component construction solutions. In 2019, they became President of Falkbuilt Ltd., where they are introducing the most innovative and technological approach to conventional construction ever conceived.
