Eric Heidtke

Eric Heidtke is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in security management and intelligence. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Falken Industries, LLC since January 2021, Eric oversees a portfolio focused on physical security, site surveys, and classified construction management. Prior to this role, Eric was a Senior Program Manager at Constellis, managing classified physical security programs from February 2015 to March 2021. Eric’s career includes a notable tenure with the Federal Government as a Supervisory Special Agent in the Intelligence Community and service as a Deputy Sheriff with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, where involvement included investigations and community outreach. Eric's military background includes leadership roles in the United States Marine Corps. Eric holds a Master of Arts in Intelligence Studies from American Military University.
