Paul Stahoviak

Paul Stahoviak currently serves as a Territory Manager and Fanatic Field Specialist at Falken Tire since August 2020. Prior to this role, Paul spent over 36 years at Sears Holdings Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as a Lead Field Trainer, focusing on the development of service technicians across 84 corporate locations, and engaging with various levels of leadership to meet corporate objectives. Additionally, Paul worked as a Mechanical Performance Consultant, delivering courses aimed at enhancing associate behaviors for improved customer experiences. Paul attended the College of Lake County from 1986 to 1987, studying General Education with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services, and is a graduate of Mundelein High School, class of 1986.
