Jose Zayas

Jose Zayas serves as the District Estimates Manager for the Florida Department of Transportation since June 2022, while also holding the position of Document Control Coordinator at Faller, Davis & Associates, Inc. since July 2019. Previous experience includes roles in project controls accounting at EXCEL USA, where significant savings for the company were achieved through improved payment procedures, and as Field Office Manager at Overland Contracting Inc., streamlining project documentation and HR processes. Zayas has also worked in contract administration at Black and Veatch, enhancing contract compliance and risk management, and as an assistant to the Director of the South Region Infrastructure Department at the Puerto Rico Aqueduct & Sewer Authority, overseeing document management and compliance throughout various project phases. Zayas completed education at WBI from 1986 to 1988.
