Alice Thayer

Alice Thayer, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning across several industries and roles. Alice started their career at Digital Equipment Corp in 1980 as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, where they worked for 14 years. Alice then joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as an Internal Audit Manager from 1994 to 1998. After that, Alice worked at The Hanover Insurance Group as a Director of Projects and Process for nearly 8 years. Alice then moved to Five Star Quality Care as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2008. Alice also worked at Bank of America as a Change Manager from 2008 to 2009 and at CVS Caremark Corporation as an IT Project Manager for a brief period from 2009 to 2010. Alice joined Fallon Health in 2010 as a Senior Business Consultant, then worked as a Cost of Care Program Manager from 2012 to 2018. Currently, Alice holds the position of Strategic Implementation Director at Fallon Health since December 2018. Alice is also involved in the Project Management Institute (PMI) Central Massachusetts Chapter as a Director at Large since January 2018.

Alice Thayer, PMP has a diverse educational background in project management, business, and accounting. In 2006, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Boston University. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1990, Alice pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Northeastern University, specializing in Business. Alice also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Bentley University, which they obtained from 1978 to 1979. In addition to their degree qualifications, Alice Thayer has obtained the Project Management Professional certification.
