Karen Foellmer is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in auditing and compliance within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Auditor at Fallon Health since June 2022, Karen has previously held key roles at Ascension as a Compliance Specialist, Steward Health Care as a Compliance Auditor, and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care as an Internal Audit Supervisor and Senior Auditor. Karen's expertise encompasses conducting comprehensive risk assessments, developing audit plans, and leading teams in compliance audits, operational and financial audits. Additionally, Karen has worked with Deloitte as a Senior Auditor and held various positions at reputable organizations including Arthur Andersen and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Karen holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a BS in Business Administration from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School.
