Jake McCann

Jake McCann is a mental health professional with extensive experience in therapy and program management. Currently serving as a Therapist at Sandstone Care and a Mental Health Therapist at Families First Counseling & Psychiatry since early 2023, Jake previously provided mental health services at People Encouraging People and held roles including Program Manager and Employment Consultant at SEEC.
