Dr. Damon Syphers

Dr. Damon Syphers has a diverse background in healthcare, education, and community outreach. Dr. Damon currently works as a Career Access Trainer at Families Forward, where Dr. Damon teaches job readiness classes and develops job placement opportunities for students. With previous experience at Commonwealth Care Alliance, Dr. Syphers served as an Onboarding Specialist and Senior Member Services Representative, handling member inquiries and complaints. Dr. Damon holds multiple advanced degrees in education, health education, and public health from Walden University, Cambridge College, and UMass Boston.
