Flora Asuncion

Flora Asuncion, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Flora has held various senior leadership positions in different organizations. In 1996, they started their career at Kaiser Permanente, where they spent 14 years in various executive roles. In 2011, they joined the internationally renowned Cleveland Clinic, where they served as Director of Patient Access Revenue Cycle International Operations. In 2012, they embarked on a unique journey as Chief Operations Officer/Assistant Managing Director at Primary Health Care Corporation in Qatar, where they contributed to transforming primary care and implementing successful national cancer screening programs. Flora then took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at One Community Health Sacramento, a community clinic providing primary and specialty care. In 2018, they became a Partner and Board Member of LA ARC HOSPICE, INC. And most recently, in 2023, they assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at Families Together of Orange County Community Health Center. Flora Asuncion's work experience showcases their expertise in healthcare operations, strategic planning, patient experience, and international healthcare delivery.

Flora Asuncion, MBA, obtained their Masters in Executive MBA with a specialization in International Business from Saint Mary's College of California from 2007 to 2009. Flora also completed a Certificate Program in International Business from Universitat Ramon Llull in 2008.
