Abby Bott

Abby Bott serves as the Special Assistant to the Executive Team at Families USA, where responsibilities include project management for the Chief of Staff and Executive Director, as well as overseeing the Health Action Conference. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Abby has previously held the positions of Business Analysis Manager and Board Liaison, facilitating human resources and talent acquisition initiatives, and directing an internship program. In an earlier role at the Campaign for Better Health Care, Abby successfully organized a major fundraising event and managed communications efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as an Accessible Media Specialist at the University of Illinois, where supervision and training of student workers were key duties. Abby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
