Ailyn Dilone has a strong background in both education and community service. With experience in various roles at different organizations such as Family & Children's Aid, Inc., Eastern Connecticut State University, PrideStaff, Yale University, and The Y (YMCA), Ailyn has demonstrated their dedication to supporting underrepresented populations and promoting student success. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Social Sciences from Eastern Connecticut State University, Ailyn has showcased their leadership skills through their roles as a Student Orientation, Advising and Registration Leadership Coordinator, Resident Assistant, and Youth Governor of The State of Connecticut. Ailyn's commitment to community engagement and advocacy shines through their work and experiences.
