Nilesh Parekh has over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Assistant Compliance Manager at Family Building Society since October 2013, following progressive roles as Senior Compliance Officer and Compliance Officer. Prior experience includes leadership as the Sanctions Screening Team Leader at Barclays from December 2009 to May 2011, and work as a Risk and Controls Analyst at Legal & General from January 2007 to November 2008.
