Tania Goldszmidt

Tania Goldszmidt is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at Family & Children Services of Silicon Valley, where bi-lingual therapeutic counseling services are provided under supervision. Previous experience includes serving as a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern at the Community Health Awareness Council, delivering school-based counseling for elementary students using various therapeutic approaches. In addition to a robust mental health background, Tania held leadership roles at Kaleo Software, Heluna Health, GE Power Digital Solutions, ServiceSource, Cloud9 Analytics, and Cisco Systems, focusing on customer strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation. Tania holds advanced degrees in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and Social Sciences from UC Santa Barbara, as well as an Engineering degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
