Karen Clark

Karen Clark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fostering and family support services. Currently serving as a Home Finding Specialist at Family & Children's Agency since July 2012, Karen recruits and trains potential foster families, conducts home studies, and collaborates with colleagues to facilitate foster child placements. Prior experience at LifeCare from October 1994 to January 2011 included roles as Senior LifeCare Specialist, Team Lead, and Specialist, where responsibilities ranged from establishing employee adoption benefits to educating clients on adoption and childcare. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Southern Connecticut State University, earned in 1991.
