Daniel Milfort's work experience begins in 2015 as a Group Leader at Community Counseling and Mediation. In 2015, they also worked as a Youth Advocate Counselor at CAMBA, where they assisted students and their families and facilitated workshops. In 2019, they became a Community Outreach Coordinator at Bridge Street Development Corporation. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Program Director at Queens Community House, overseeing youth development programs. In 2022, they became the Dean of Students at Growing Up Green Charter Schools, focusing on school discipline policies. Their most recent position is Director of Prevention and Community Engagement at Family & Children's Association, where they provide supervision and guidance to staff and oversees program activities.

Daniel Milfort received their Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from York College of the City University of New York in 2015. In 2017, they pursued a Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership from Alliance University. Currently, they are studying towards a Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, starting in 2020 with an expected completion in 2025. Additionally, in 2023, Daniel obtained a certification as a Licensed Minister from the American Marriage Ministries (AMM).
