Tamika Marshall

Tamika Marshall has extensive experience in program coordination and client engagement within the mental health and addiction treatment sectors. At Family Connections, Inc. since January 2017, Tamika has served in multiple roles, including Program Coordinator and Event Administrator, where responsibilities include providing technical assistance to Opioid Treatment Providers and creating training environments to enhance staff outcomes. Additionally, Tamika has worked as a Client Engagement Specialist, focusing on client relationship strategies and retention, and previously served as a Program Assistant, offering administrative support for mental health treatment planning and implementation. Prior to this, Tamika was a Support Counselor at Community Access Unlimited from June 2014 to December 2016, providing person-centered counseling and crisis management. Tamika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Somerset Christian College and a degree from Rutgers University.
