Sara Nieves

Sara Nieves is a seasoned professional in the behavioral health field, currently serving as a Behavioral Health Counselor at Family Continuity and a Case Manager at metrocare LLC since February 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Case Manager at Healthcare Financial, Inc. from August 2004 to December 2018, where responsibilities included mediating between patients and the Medicaid office and supporting colleagues with complex cases. Additionally, Sara served as a Mental Health Counselor for the HOPES Program, focusing on elderly adults, and led outreach programs for at-risk youth as a Girls Group Leader during time with AmeriCorps. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emmanuel College, acquired in 2004.
