Sara Hoover Lpc, Ncc, Cctp

Sara Hoover is a licensed professional counselor (LPC), national certified counselor (NCC), and certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) with extensive experience in the mental health field. Since August 2018, Sara has served as an outpatient therapist at the Family Counseling Center of Armstrong County. Prior to this role, Sara worked as Counselor II at Sphs Behavioral Health and completed a counseling internship focusing on mental health outpatient and child/adolescent partial hospitalization at the Community Guidance Center. Sara's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. Additional experience includes serving as a graduate assistant in the Department of Counseling at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and interning at CASA of Westmoreland, Inc. earlier in Sara's career.
