RJ Moshay is currently serving as the Chief Development and Communications Officer at Family Eldercare. With a background in strategic communication, brand marketing, and marketing, RJ has held various leadership roles in companies such as Wheels Up Branding, Sunwest Communications, and NeoNova Network Services. RJ's extensive experience also includes working as a Principal Consultant at The Moshay Group and holding senior leadership positions at United Way organizations. RJ holds an MBA in Marketing from Wisconsin School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Texas Southern University.
