Emily Gray

Emily Gray, LCSW, is an experienced social worker and director with a strong background in migrant services and humanitarian aid. Currently serving as the Director of Migrant Services Training and Compliance at Endeavors since 2021, Emily previously held key leadership roles at World Relief from 2010 to 2020, including Sr. Vice President overseeing a wide range of services such as refugee resettlement and anti-human trafficking initiatives, and Executive Director for the DuPage/Aurora office. Earlier roles include Director of Hospice Services at MERIT Hospice Services, where Emily achieved significant patient and physician satisfaction rates, and Program Officer at The Coleman Foundation, focusing on philanthropic efforts. Emily holds a Master of Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Abilene Christian University, as well as a certificate in Spanish from Instituto de Lengua Espanola.
