Tom Dambra

Tom Dambra has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership and financial roles. Tom started their career at Global Crossing as a Manager- Cost of Access and later became a Sr. Manager- Financial Planning and Analysis. Tom then worked as a Director, Cost of Access before joining The Bank of Castile as a Finance Director. At The Bank of Castile, they also held the position of Senior Vice President, Community Banking. In 2013, they joined Tompkins Financial Corporation as a Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis. Currently, they serve as the President and CEO of Family First of NY Federal Credit Union.

Tom Dambra completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the Boston College Carroll School of Management from 1991 to 1995. Tom then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration at the Rochester Institute of Technology - Saunders College of Business, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.
