Lsw Adam Huska

Adam Huska, LSW, is an experienced Family Support Specialist currently working at Family Focus since February 2019, where a focus on building culturally-sensitive relationships with families and guiding them in goal-setting and child development assessments is prominent. Previous roles include Intact Family Specialist at Kaleidoscope Inc. and Family Support Specialist at Children's Home & Aid, alongside facilitating the Nurturing Parenting Program. Adam has also provided mentoring for bilingual students at Garden Hills Elementary School and contributed to research on intimate partner violence during a tenure at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Social Work specializing in Child, Youth, and Family Services and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
