Silvia Farag

Silvia Farag is an experienced mental health clinician and founder of the Christian Center for Counseling, where services have been provided since March 2020. Silvia also serves as an Intensive in Community Clinician at Family Intervention Services, Inc. since April 2016, focusing on individualized treatment plans and case management for clients with various conditions. Previous roles include Mental Health Clinician at The Center for Counseling and Holistic Services, a Mental Health Clinician at Family Intervention Services (2007-2008), Integrated Case Manager at Jersey City Medical Center, and Family Service Specialist / Forensic Investigator at the New Jersey Department of Children and Families. Early in the career, Silvia worked as a Public Relations Specialist for the United Nations, specializing in media relations for the World Food Program. Education includes a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Children and Adolescents from Fordham University.
